• Sunday to Thursday only.
• Arranged via phone call, email, or txt – no meetings prior to your ceremony

• Set ceremony script & vows written by me

• No rehearsal or bridal party or other vendors

Your selected precious people supporting you, your own personal & meaningful additions & we meet each other before your BIG day.

• 7 days a week (except public holidays)
• One face-to-face meeting to hear your love story to include it in your ceremony
• Up to 30 guests which can include bridal & groom parties
• Set ceremony script written by me, with your own written Vows and your chosen readings or blessings or prayers
• Up to 40kms of mileage to your venue
• No rehearsal
• Other Wedding/ Civil Union vendors welcome
• Guidance on how to apply for your Marriage / Civil Union License and a reminder to you to do so

This one’s the gold star, we spend more time together thereby creating a closer bond, as we design & rehearse your beautiful ceremony!

• 7 days a week including public holidays
• 2 face-to-face meetings to plan your fully personalised ceremony
• Unlimited txts, e mails and phone calls throughout our planning journey
• No limit on guest numbers
• My resources and assistance (if required) to write your Vows
• Your choice of readings or blessings or prayers or hymns
• Inclusion of other ceremony rituals e.g. Unity Candle, Sand blending, hand fasting etc
• Up to 60kms of mileage – above that limit will be at the current IRD mileage rate
• Rehearsal at your venue ( if logistics allow)
• Free use of my Bluetooth speaker and wireless microphones
• Other Wedding / Civil Union vendors welcome
• Guidance on how to apply for your Marriage / Civil Union License and a reminder to do so

Available additionally to my Celebrant role – or as a stand-alone service.

• One face-to- face meeting to plan your event and my role in it and a follow-up e mail or phone call to confirm my personalised draft plan
• Organising your guests and assisting your Photographer  with all your photos onsite
• Advising your guests of any housekeeping matters e.g. Guest Books, location of bathrooms and smoking/vaping areas, emergency procedures and any other relevant information.
• Seating your guests in time for your meal and speeches,  before introducing you as you re-join them after your return from your photoshoot
• Introduce & facilitate your speakers – I recommend 4 total with 2 between entrée & main courses then another 2 between main course & dessert – but you can have as many as you would like of course!
• Introduce the cutting of the cake & your first dance together
• I will of course be monitoring and liaising throughout my time onsite with your venue staff  – to keep us all “on track” to make sure your day runs smoothly to your timings and event plan
• In effect, I’m your buffer between your guests, your vendors and you, so that you can truly relax and fully soak in every moment of your BIG day
